IPL 2020 has come towards its end. It was the 13th season of IPL and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are yet to win their maiden IPL title. RCB fans are still waiting when will RCB win the maiden title of the Indian Premier League (IPL). And once again Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has ended fans’ hope in IPL 2020. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) defeated RCB by 6 wickets with two balls to spare in the eliminator.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has reached 3 times in the IPL finals but they failed in all the crucial matches. In the first IPL (2008) RCB reached the final and played against Deccan Chargers but lost the final otherwise RCB would have the first team to win the IPL.

Two seasons later, RCB again played a final against Chennai Super Kings but they lost once again in the final. Then In IPL 2016, RCB reached the finals, But one more time Royal Challengers Bangalore was defeated by Sunrisers Hyderabad.


In IPL 2020, RCB played very well in the starting games and won 7 out of 10 matches in the league stage. RCB was in the second position at that time. However, they miserably lost the remaining four matches of the group stage and ended the group stage in the 4th position.

Virat Kohli Best IPL season with RCB:

RCB led by Kohli lost 5 matches in a row including the eliminator match against SRH. After knocked out from the IPL 2020, Kohli said that the 2020 IPL season is the best environment he has been part of.

RCB’s Twitter handles shared a skipper video in which Virat Kohli said, “We spoke of creating memories as a team. And I think we have done that a lot this season. And when we said this is probably the best environment we’ve played in, for RCB, we were damn right about it. It’s been an amazing time together.”
