Virat Kohli is the best batsman across all formats over the years. He is the number 1 and number 2 batsman in ODIs and Tests respectively. Virat Kohli has done a good job as a captain for Team India. He also did bowling in his initial international career and also keep wicketkeeping for Team India.

Recently, Mayank Agrawal and Virat Kohli did a live chat on Instagram. Where Mayank asked him the incident When Virat Kohli had done a wicketkeeping for a while in India vs Bangladesh ODI match in 2015.

As we all witness of that match when Dhoni asked Virat Kohli to keep gloves for a some time because he had to go washroom. So, Kohli kept the gloves in the 44th over of Bangladesh’s innings.

Kohli said, “Kabhi Mahi Bhai se puchiyo how did this happen (Try and ask Mahi Bhai as to how did this happen).

‘yaar do teen over just keep wickets (Mate, please keep wickets for a couple of overs)’. I was keeping wickets and also adjusting the field.’

“Then I understood he (Dhoni) has a lot on his plate when he is on the field because he has to focus on every ball and also adjust the field. It was fun.

‘But what was not fun was that Umesh (Yadav) was bowling and he was bowling gas. I was standing under lights and it was so tough to pick the ball.’

I thought naak pe lag jaegi ball (ball will hit my nose) and I wanted to wear a helmet but then thought bohot bezzati ho jaegi (it would be very humiliating).‘ He added.

Virat Kohli and the company have not played any game since March. But BCCI is set to commence the IPL 2020 in UAE from September 19. So, Cricket will be back in action in India from IPL.
